Happily Ever After

When she was a little girl she
dreamed of finding her prince charming
A tall dark gorgeous man who’s
only mission in life is to take care of his little princess
Giving her everything she could ever want or need

What the fairytales didn’t tell her is that
some princes may be stunning to look at, but
they leave a lot to be desired in the personality department
She has known some of these so called princes for a while now
Often finding herself questioning whether or not she
would ever find a prince who
loves her as much as she loves him

Well she was lucky to find her prince charming
You’ll probably be shocked to hear
he’s not dark like the prince of a girl’s long ago dreams but
that’s okay he has everything
she always wanted but never dreamed
she could have one day

If you were to look through her eyes
you’d see a man who is a little taller than her
A man who has a fare complexion
just as she does
A man who’s sexy as hell and
has a personality she can’t get enough of

Even though happily ever after is
a tough and nearly impossible concept to live up to
She believes they can come close
If they’re willing to work on the problems that
will pop up from time to time

Unlike the relationships in fairytales
he is not solely responsible for her happiness
She’s an independent woman who
loves him more than he will ever know
Yet she still has dreams that she wants to chase
In the end making both their lives better
