Here’s an age old question
Why are men and women so different?
There have been several occasions when his call
has been the one event that makes her whole day
Just to hear him say I love you and to know
he’s inquiring about her makes the
flame of passion set her heart ablaze
Those are the days she knows she would walk to the
ends of this earth for him if he should need her to
Then there have been those days she feels as if
she’s the last person he wants to speak with
If he lets her in though, the one thing he won’t
stop talking about are the needs God gave every man
To tell you the truth that kind of chat from time to time
really kills the romance she’s been daydreaming about
up till the moment she gets his call
When that awful feeling creeps upon her
she gives him the space she thinks he might need
She then goes crazy thinking, should I put my feelings aside and
just go with the flow?
Oh God, why does this thing we call love
have to be a battle of Mars verses Venus?
Can you please answer that question for all of us who feel
lost in love at times?
