people who you’ve been lucky enough to love

want you to reach for the dreams you keep

hidden from the rest of the world

Home is a place where you are given

the tools you need to successfully make

those dreams you never thought would                      

come true a reality

Home is a place where you can go when

you feel as if your world is crashing

down around you

There is always someone

willing to listen with words of encouragement

to lift your spirit right back up to where it was

before the rain cloud hit

Even though I haven’t been home in a long while

the memories are still as fresh as the days they were made

Whenever life brings me down the words of encouragement

I received all those years ago still have the power to lift my spirit up
